New Ferragamo fragrance has been created by Jean-Pierre Bethouart and Annick Menardo of Firmenich. It has a multi-faceted floral/green/woody bouquet featuring Nashi pear, kumquat and lotus flower notes. Dree Hemingway, the great-granddaughter of author Ernest Hemingway, is the face of the fragrance. The packaging, designed by renowned designer Sylvie de France, has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). Available as 30ml, 50ml and 100ml Eau de Toilette.
The latest men’s release from the Italian leather goods house, Ferragamo, is an oriental lavender that although late to the trend of Armani Code sniffalikes is one of the best of its kind. Overall it is incredibly easy to wear in both warm and cool weather; easy to find and affordable. At first sniff, there is absolutely nothing original about F Black…yet give it a few minutes on the skin and it might pleasantly surprise you.

Another in a long line of “black” themed fragrances, a trend that emerged with Armani [Black] Code not only in name, but overall composition, F Black brings to mind fragrances like John Varvatos, Davidoff Silver Shadow Private, Annayake Undo, and even Chanel Allure Homme. Some reviewers also note that the scent reminds them of Terre d’Hermes, but I don’t get it.
Attimo (Moment) is a new fragrance for women by the house of Salvatore Ferragamo arriving on the market in September 20101. The fragrance encompasses a floral bouquet lied on a warm, elegant, woody base. Composition of this fragrance will not be similar to candy-like, flirtatious editions, but accent will be on elegance and fine, floral notes. Top notes of Attimo offer fruity aromas of nashi pear and delicate lotus flower. A heart incorporates a floral blend of gardenia, peony and frangipani, while a base features a trail of musk, cedar and patchouli. The fragrance arrives in transparent, glass flacon, while liquid is coloured in gentle beige.
