Our favorite feature about FragranceX is the Tester section. There we found 171 selections of Tester bottles for purchase. If you don’t mind not receiving a box or a top to the bottle, you can really save quite a bit! We found a 3.4 ounce bottle of Chanel Allure for $ Cheap!
Once we found our favorite brands we added them to the shopping cart where we noticed a unique feature. The website accepts currency from five different countries. Just click on the country you in which you live and your total will automatically be converted into dollars, euros, yen, etc. This is a very helpful feature as there are not many online stores go above and beyond and offer this type of service on their websites. Some of the other great features of FragranceX was the fact they offer free shipping to anywhere in the world with no minimum purchase required. Shoppers even earn points for every dollar spent to use towards future purchases.
FragranceX carries many of your favorite brands such as Burberry, Chanel, Calvin Klein, Dolce and Gabbana, Estee Lauder, Giorgio Beverly Hills, Ralph Lauren, Versace and Yves Saint Laurent just to name a few.
The Help page was quite informative. We found information on shipping options, order tracking, payment options, gift wrapping, seasonal tips. We were very happy to see that the customer service department phone number was available seven days a week and can be contacted via phone, fax or by email.

Shopping for perfume can be a daunting task. Who has the time these days to wade through all the online fragrance stores searching for the best prices and the most coveted brands? We did all the fancy foot work and made it easier for shoppers to find their favorite brands of fragrances all at great prices and other special features that makes the online shopping experience a pleasant one not to be dreaded. In our search we focused in on Scentiments. Let’s see what they say makes them a good place to buy perfume online.
Our favorite thing on the Scentiments website is the miniatures. Scentiments offers miniature versions of many of your favorite brands starting at only $6.99. This is a great way to try before you buy.
The website is easy to navigate and is uncluttered. Along the left side of the page are tabs where shoppers can search by women’s, men’s, kid’s, skin care, miniatures, new arrivals, monthly specials and a clearance section. We were disappointed that there was no search by price option. Many shoppers are on a budget and would like to be able to find products in their price range without spending a lot of time searching through all the fragrances.
Brands Carried: Armani, Britney Spears, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Dior, FUBU, Gianni Versace, Gucci, Juicy Couture, Oscar De La Renta just to name a few.
The customer service department hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. We were happy to see Saturday hours in the event that shoppers would like to speak to someone on the weekend.

A great feature that we came across while shopping at PerfumeEmporium is the Beauty Bucks program. Shoppers receive 500 beauty bucks for every $100 spent which can be redeemed for free products on the website. We love incentive programs that keep shoppers coming back. PerfumeEmporium offers shipping to international shoppers however only Visa and MasterCard is accepted and you must be enrolled in a special security code verification system to be able to use your card on the site. This policy is definitely an inconvenience and may push many buyers away.

The Help page on the site was informative. We found information on shipping, how to track our order, payment options, return information and the option to leave feedback about the site. In the event of an unusual question or problem, customer service can be contacted via phone, fax or by email. One problem that we encountered was that the company is located in California where they operate under Pacific Time. Shoppers on the east coast will have to get up 3 hours earlier to be able to speak to a representative. We were disappointed that there was no live chat option to get answers quickly during the shopping process and the customer service department is closed on the weekends.
